Thanks for checking out how we operate! Here’s our no-fuss shipping policies:

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $12 (Excluding WA which is $16). Free with orders over $100.

My order was damaged in transit

Please contact love@loveoils.com.au within 60 days of receiving your goods and we shall re-send your damaged goods ASAP.

Where is my order coming from? How long will it take?

All orders are dispatched from our Northern River's warehouse. We dispatch within 48 hours however, please expect longer dispatch times during sales and busier periods. We work quick, because we know there’s nothing worse than waiting for your package to arrive!

What carrier do you use for your orders?

We use Australia Post for all orders.

Do you offer an express service?

Yes. All customers have the option to choose Australia Post Express during the checkout process.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes, we offer a standard rate of $35 for most major destinations
